Independent, personally reviewed guidance
Get Your Free Clinic & Cost Plan
Tell us what treatment you are considering, what matters most to you and where you are in the process. We will review your enquiry personally and explain the most useful next step — without adding a markup to clinic prices.
The initial enquiry takes around three minutes. You do not need scans or a confirmed treatment plan to begin.
Start with a short enquiry
Tell us where you are in the process
The first form helps us understand what you are considering, how far you have progressed and whether a document review, a short call or further guidance would be most useful.
You do not need to know the correct dental terminology. A simple explanation is enough.
What happens after you submit?
- We review the enquiry before any clinic contact.
- We reply through your preferred contact method.
- We may ask for scans, quotations or a little more information.
- We explain which clinics may fit before asking to share records.
No obligation. No markup on clinic prices. Submitting this form does not give us permission to distribute scans or medical information to clinics.
After the initial enquiry
Your next step depends on what you already have
We do not force every patient through the same process or send every case straight to clinics.
You have scans or quotations
We explain how to upload them securely. A human review determines whether there is enough information for meaningful clinic comparison.
You prefer to talk first
We may invite you to book a short planning call. The purpose is to understand your priorities and explain the process, not to sell treatment.
You do not have documents yet
You can still begin. We will explain what information would help and whether it makes sense to obtain an assessment or X-ray before going further.
What the full service may include
A practical comparison built around your situation
The content of your plan depends on the records available and whether suitable clinics can provide a meaningful preliminary response.
Suitable clinic options
A small shortlist selected for your treatment needs, priorities, budget and travel circumstances.
Comparable costs
Clinic estimates organised into consistent treatment components rather than vague package headlines.
Inclusions and exclusions
A clearer view of temporary teeth, final materials, extractions, bone work and other possible additions.
Treatment and travel stages
Likely visits, healing periods, return stages and practical location considerations.
Questions that still need answers
The points to clarify before paying a deposit or committing to a clinic.
Practical next steps
A calm summary of what you can do next, with no obligation to choose one of the clinics.
Illustrative example — not a quotation
See why two similar-looking proposals may not be equivalent
A lower headline price may use a different final material, exclude bone work or assume fewer visits. We organise the important differences into one view.
| Comparison point | Clinic A | Clinic B |
|---|---|---|
| Provisional approach | All-on-4 | All-on-6 |
| Implant system | Confirmed mainstream system | Confirmed reference-brand system |
| Temporary fixed teeth | Included | Included |
| Final bridge | Composite | Zirconia |
| Extractions | Included | Included |
| Bone work | Additional if required | Limited allowance stated |
| Likely visits | Two | Two to three |
| Response completeness | Good, one clarification needed | Very clear and itemised |
We normally aim for two relevant clinic options. A third may be added only when it contributes a meaningfully different treatment, price, location or capability comparison.

Is the service right for you?
Most useful for larger or difficult-to-compare treatment
This service may be useful if you:
- are considering multiple implants, All-on-4, All-on-6 or full-jaw treatment;
- have received a large UK or overseas quotation;
- want help understanding materials, components and exclusions;
- have scans or treatment documents but are unsure which clinic to approach;
- care about quality, transparency and aftercare as well as price;
- are realistically considering travel to Croatia.
It may not be the right service if you:
- need urgent or emergency dental treatment;
- expect a guaranteed diagnosis or final price online;
- only need one small routine procedure where travel may cost more than the saving;
- are unwilling to attend a proper clinical examination;
- want only the lowest advertised headline price;
- need frequent local monitoring that makes treatment abroad impractical.
Our public price guide or Start Here page may be a better first step.
Why the service is free
No charge to the patient. No hidden price markup.
Croatia Dental Guide may receive a referral or marketing fee from a partner clinic if a patient eventually chooses treatment there.
You do not pay an additional fee for using the service, and we do not add a markup to the clinic’s treatment price.
Commercial relationships do not automatically determine which clinics are included. Read the full Partner Disclosure.
How clinics are selected
Matching should be explainable
We consider which clinics appear suitable for the specific case rather than automatically asking every partner for a price.
Human review before clinic contact
Your enquiry is reviewed by Ivan
I founded Croatia Dental Guide because comparing treatment abroad is much harder than comparing headline prices. My role is to organise the information, identify unclear costs and make your next conversation with a clinic more useful.
I am not a dentist and do not diagnose treatment. Clinical decisions must come from a properly qualified dental professional after appropriate assessment.
Your information stays under your control
Submitting an enquiry does not send your records to clinics
We first review the information you provide. If clinic input could help, we explain which clinics we propose contacting, what information would be shared and why. We then ask for your permission before sharing dental or health records.
Any clinic response based on scans or documents remains preliminary until the treating dentist has completed an appropriate clinical examination and diagnostics.
Common questions
Before you request a plan
Do I need an X-ray or treatment plan?
No. You can begin with the information you already have. For implant or full-jaw cases, a recent panoramic X-ray, CBCT scan, written treatment plan or existing quotation may allow clinics to provide much more useful preliminary feedback.
Will all four partner clinics receive my case?
No. We normally aim to select two clinics that appear most relevant. A third may be included when it contributes a genuinely different treatment, price, location or capability option. Some cases may have only one suitable partner clinic.
Will clinics contact me directly?
Not unless you agree to an introduction. We review the enquiry first and ask for specific permission before sharing records with named clinics. Contact details do not need to be provided to clinics during the initial comparison.
Can I speak to someone before sending documents?
Yes. Select phone as your preferred contact method. Where a call would help, we can invite you to book a short planning call to explain your situation and understand what information is needed next.
How long does the process take?
We normally reply to initial enquiries within one to two business days. A detailed comparison takes longer because it depends on the documents available, human review and clinic response times. We will explain the likely timescale before clinic outreach begins.
Is the Clinic & Cost Plan a medical treatment plan?
No. It is a practical research and comparison service. It can organise clinic-provided preliminary views, estimated costs and practical information, but a qualified dentist must examine you and make all clinical decisions.
Can the clinic estimate change?
Yes. Remote estimates are provisional. A clinical examination, new imaging, gum condition, bone availability, extractions, healing or unexpected findings can change the proposed treatment and final price.
What if the clinics recommend different treatments?
We show where the proposals agree, where they differ and which questions should be clarified. Croatia Dental Guide does not independently diagnose which clinical option is correct.
What if Croatia is not the right option for me?
We should be able to say so. Smaller treatment, urgent care, unstable health, frequent monitoring needs or modest potential savings may make local treatment more practical.
Ready for the next sensible step?
Tell us what you are considering
Start with a short enquiry. We will review where you are in the process and explain what would make the clinic and cost comparison genuinely useful.
Croatia Dental Guide provides educational information and practical clinic-comparison support. We do not diagnose dental conditions, determine suitability for treatment or provide emergency dental advice. If you have severe pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma or another urgent problem, contact a local dentist, doctor or emergency service.
